Gundolf Graml became the provost and senior vice president for academic and campus life of Ursinus College in February 2024.

Gundolf most recently held the position of associate vice president for academic affairs and dean for curriculum and strategic initiatives at Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia. He is also a professor of German and previously served as assistant dean for global learning. Gundolf’s impressive academic career has been informed by a commitment to holistic student success and curricular innovation.

At Agnes Scott, a renowned college that was recognized multiple years in a row as the most innovative liberal arts college in the nation by the “U.S. News & World Report” Best Colleges Ranking, Gundolf led the SUMMIT global learning, inclusive leadership, and digital literacy program, a curriculum that integrates the academic and experiential components of liberal arts learning. He also was senior international officer for Agnes Scott College and led its prestigious global fellowships program. His leadership experience demonstrates a strong ethical compass and a deeply humane approach to creative problem-solving and collaboration.
