Hi, I’m Liv Marie (She/her)! I’m all the things listed above, and I am a Virgo Sun, Cancer moon and Scorpio rising. I am super into being super passionate about my super-fixations. I’m a member of Tau Sigma Gamma sorority, Senior gift committee. You can find me sitting in the front window of Olevian with my cat, probably watching smosh and doting over my slew of Alison Bechdel’s works.

I’m pursuing honors in interdisciplinary studies with a topic on myth rewrites and interpretation of myth in the modern age. I’m also doing an independent research on Fun Home and the interconnectedness of the dual narrative presented by the graphic novel and the musical interpretation. 

I am consistently haunted by Dido from the Aeneid and Helen of Troy. If I could major in anything, it would be tragic women from classic Greek and Roman literature. 

I have a cat named Fidget Cube, a guinea pig named Toast, and co-parent a cat named Tuesday. I have a slight addiction to Facebook Marketplace and to plain seltzer. 

What I love about writing

I love being able to argue. It’s practically human nature to do so and I deeply enjoy being able to spit out raging fury over something through an academic paper on something I feel passionate about.
