Welcome to the Organization Accreditation Process (OAP). In order to exist as an organization on campus, you must meet the following requirements and submit the following documents. Everything you need to know is provided below!

In order to exist as an organization on campus, organizations will have to provide Student Engagement with the following essential information:
Half of the Membership Minimum must be Non-Seniors
Attendance of the following members to the Student Club & Organization Training
President
Vice President
Treasurer
Secretary
SGA and the Organization Accreditation Process (OAP):
The Ursinus College Student Government Association (SGA) will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
Ensure each organization has passed its OAP by the required deadlines,
Issue warnings to clubs who fail to provide SE with any of the requirements by the end of the semester,
Terminate any organizations that fail to pass the OAP two semesters in a row—Termination entails the following
Removal of organization’s email privileges
Liquidation of AFAC Funding
Expulsion of all on campus organization advertising, such as paper flyers
Disallowance of organization’s use of EMS
OAP is a series of documentation that must be provided to SE at the end of every Spring semester in order to remain an organization on campus. It contains information requirements, including:
Names of President and Treasurer for next semester
Name of Faculty Advisor
Constitution
Organization Transition Plan
Budget Proposal
List of Potential Events and Activities
List of Membership
Must have at least 8 members
Half of the Membership Minimum must be Non-Seniors
Attendance of all executive board members at theStudent Club & Organization Training.
