At Ursinus College, our Resident Advisors (RAs) play a vital role in realizing our mission. By introducing new students to campus life, serving as peer helpers, and fostering community within residence halls, RAs actively contribute to creating a community of independent and thoughtful leaders.
Their initiatives align with our Student Affairs values of respect, personal responsibility, communication, service, and social justice.
In the spirit of our mission, our selection process is crafted to not only help you meet new people and learn more about yourself but also to provide an opportunity to practice essential interviewing skills. If you believe you’re a good fit for the position, we invite you to join us for a mixer. This is a chance to connect with current RAs, ask questions, and gain deeper insights into what it means to be an RA at Ursinus.
