Member of the American Talent Initiative
Strengthening its commitment to college access, affordability, and success for all students, Ursinus is a member of the American Talent Initiative (ATI), an alliance of 135 higher education institutions with a shared goal of collectively enrolling and graduating an additional 50,000 low- and moderate-income students by 2025.

Expanding Academic Opportunities

Expanding upon ever-growing opportunities for students, Ursinus's redesigned majors in business economics, environment and sustainability, and health sciences; its new majors in creative writing and performing and visual arts design and technology; and its minors in animal behavior, applied sustainability, biodiversity and wildlife conservation, data analytics, and environmental justice (among others) are preparing them for the jobs of the future.

State of the Art Athletic Field

Patterson Field is used by over half of our student-athletes who participate on seven of our varsity sports teams, including football, soccer, lacrosse, and outdoor track & field. During 2023-24, the following projects were completed:

  • A complete replacement of artificial turf
  • Resurfacing of the track
  • An upgraded sound system
  • New fencing, logos, and UC Bears branding.
  • Installation of a new state-of-the-art scoreboard with video capabilities

Wall Street on Main Street

Joining more than 1,000 academic institutions across the globe, Ursinus's Bloomberg terminals on the second floor of the Myrin Library allow students to receive and analyze real-time financial data and allow them to become Bloomberg certified, strengthening their business acumen.
