Requesting New Accommodations

Students who are interested in receiving academic accommodations, physical modifications/accommodations, and housing/food adjustments and have not gone through the accommodation process should and review the information provided in the Accommodation Request Process Overview and complete the Accommodation Request Form. You will then meet with a member of the Disability and Access team to review your request and determine next steps.

Student who currently registered with Disability and Access who are looking for modifications to their accommodations should email disabilityandaccess@ursinus.edu to connect about their new request.

Activating Approved Accommodations

About 2 weeks prior to each semester, or immediately after a mid-semester approval, students should log into the Bear Accessibility Student Portal and activate their approved accommodations. Once the student activates their accommodations, the official accommodation letters will be sent out to the students’ instructors via email.

Students should follow the instructions below to activate their accommodations.
