Current Ursinus College Statement of Accreditation Status
Institutional Priorities for Self Study
The Quest for Success Strategic Framework was the result of a campus wide effort over the course of 2 years and approved by the board of Trustees in May 2023. President Robyn Hannigan along with senior leadership identified the following institutional priorities after revisiting the pillars of the Strategic Framework:
- Student success through transformative academic programming that embraces societal change
- Foster an inclusive campus climate through infrastructural investment
- Achieve financial sustainability
The priorities directly support and affirm our mission to prepare students to become responsible, ethical thought leaders in a diverse world.
Intended Outcomes of the 2025-27 Self-Study:
- Demonstrate how the institution is currently meeting MSCHE Standards for Accreditation and Requirements for Affiliation.
- Assess the quality and effectiveness of academic programs and administrative services in all departments to identify challenges and opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Identify challenges and specific opportunities related to enhancing diversity and inclusivity of the campus community.
-
Inform investment priorities by demonstrating alignment between the Ursinus strategic objectives and resource needs.
