If you can, visit every school that you are even remotely interested in. Visiting a college campus is a crucial step in your college search, as it allows you to experience the environment firsthand. Walking the grounds, interacting with current students, and sitting in on classes can give you invaluable insights into campus culture and community.

Background
Before joining the Ursinus Admission team, I was the Associate Director of Admission at Neumann University. At Neumann, I spent nearly 7 years overseeing the student tour guide program, serving as events coordinator for undergraduate on-campus recruitment events, and coordinated all travel for the undergraduate office. As part of my contribution to increasing enrollment at Neumann, I created and launched a college fair on Neumann’s campus, hosting over 1,000 students on a single day. This event will be in its third year this spring. At Ursinus, I am looking forward to the opportunity to mentor students through the college search journey and to learn something new along the way!
