About

Bob’s passion is helping our next generation of leaders succeed through empowering them to communicate and collaborate when developing solutions to solve their customers’ business problems and challenges. Bob is the Senior Vice President of Field Operations and joined Eastern in July 2010. He has over 34 years of insurance industry experience. Bob began his career with the PMA Insurance Group and came to Eastern from a large regional and now national agency partner. Bob’s experience includes claims, safety and loss control, human resources and sales/marketing. Bob currently consults with and mentors undergraduate students at Ursinus College within its U-Imagine Center for Integrative and Entrepreneurial Studies. Bob is a former member of the Lancaster City Alliance’s Marketing Executive Leadership Team. He is also a former board member of the Upper Main Line YMCA (Lionville Branch), where he chaired its Membership Committee and is a past recipient of the Branch’s Volunteer of the Year Award. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Ursinus College. Bob has earned the Associate in Risk Management designation and Chartered Benefit Consultant designations.
