Science and the Common Good are important to me because it advocates for a holistic view of my interest in medicine. It helps advocate for seeing patients as people and provides greater insight into moral responsibilities.

I joined Dr. Kolwicz’s HaMM Lab in the spring of my freshman year. Being a part of his research/upperclassmen projects is truly so exciting and is such a valuable experience. We learn histological methods, dissections, perform assays, and so much more.
