Dan Kelly
Dan serves as the Associate Dean of Students and Title IX Coordinator. Dan joined Ursinus College in February 2022 and as the Director of Student Conduct and Deputy Title IX Coordinator. Prior to Ursinus, Dan worked at Loyola University Maryland for 5 years as the Assistant Director of Student Conduct. Dan provides strategic vision and leadership in the development, implementation, and assessment of the student handbook, Student Code of Conduct, and behavioral intervention. Additionally, Dan is responsible for ensuring Ursinus is compliant with Title IX and coordinates all efforts in making Ursinus a community free from sex discrimination. He is also a restorative justice practitioner and trainer and leads Ursinus’s alternative forms of dispute resolution to help students effectively manage conflict.
Background
Dan lives on campus with his partner Helen. You can spot Dan walking around campus usually wearing his nametag and carrying his 2L jug of water. When he is not at work, he enjoys camping at the local state parks, diving into a great sci-fi/fantasy book, and playing board games with friends.
