Yvonne McCarthy

Visiting Assistant Professor of Modern Languages

Dr. McCarthy has taught in the Ursinus College Modern Languages Department since January 2013. Prior to her arrival at UC, Dr. McCarthy was a secondary Spanish teacher and administrator. She enjoys ongoing collaborations with fellow educators in Santiago, Chile and has participated in applied educational development research in Nicaragua. Dr. McCarthy is currently working on a chapter for Leading from an Inquiry Stance, an edited volume highlighting how school leaders learn and pose problems in context.
