I wanted to join the peer advocates because it’s important to me that the people around me feel like they have someone to talk to if Title IX issues arise. I wanted to be a part of a group on campus that cares about educating others on these issues and can provide them with support. I value healthy relationships and believe everyone deserves respect and kindness, so do the peer advocates.
