Joshua Brown ’26

I recently completed a summer research experience at the Institute for Computational and Experimental Research in Mathematics (ICERM). This was an incredible opportunity to dive into mathematical research and apply what I’ve learned in exciting new ways! I gained invaluable experience working in a collaborative research environment and even had the chance to submit our findings to a mathematics journal. While I thoroughly enjoyed the mathematical side of our research, I found myself particularly drawn to the programming and computer science aspects, where I could leverage my technical skills to solve complex problems.
