BearShare Builds Circular Economy on Campus
BearShare aims to recirculate used items, reduce waste, advance sustainability, and build a more circular economy at Ursinus College.
Over the fall semester, there will be several pop-up night markets held where students, faculty, and staff can donate and take used clothing, small household/dorm goods, and books. Last year, after only 2 pop-ups, BearShare saw over 300 visitors, received 121 pounds of donations, and redistributed 179 pounds of donations (including 220 pieces of clothing!)
