Faculty granted tenure

Before promotion, tenure track Assistant Professors at Ursinus are expected to meet high standards of achievement in teaching, scholarship, and service to the college through a rigorous process of professional development and multiple reviews spanning a period of typically six years. In parallel with the self-reflection we ask of students in our Quest curriculum, we ask faculty to demonstrate a similar introspection and continuing professional growth before according them the honor and responsibility of indefinite tenure at the institution.
