Rudolph Henkel

Assistant Professor of Business and Economics

Rudy Henkel is excited to join the faculty at Ursinus College as Assistant Professor of Economics. He studied math, computer science, and economics at the University of Maryland before moving on to his PhD in economics at the University of Pennsylvania, where he became focused on models that address deviations from the classic assumptions of microeconomics, and behavioral economics more generally. He is currently pursuing research on models of multiple sub-selves and its behavioral implications, and he is excited to add his flavor of expertise to the faculty at Ursinus. He looks forward to the opportunity to share his passion with Ursinus faculty, other experts in his field, and students alike.
