Drees Rivers
Drees Rivers serves as the Associate Director of Student Engagement at Ursinus. In his role, Drees provides leadership and support to the student engagement experience, student organizations and activities.
Drees holds a Master of Science Degree in Public Administration from McDaniel College and brings a great deal of professional experience in Student Engagement, programming, community building and DEIB support to the team. He is passionate about creating fun, vibrant and engaging experiences for students of all students!
Background
Andrees has been in student affairs for over 14 years. His previous role was as the Director of Student Life and Engagement at Thomas Jefferson University (Center City campus) in Philadelphia, PA, where he worked with and supported student organizations, student activities and student leadership. Drees is from the Germantown section of Philly and moved to Collegeville to serve the Ursinus community in 2025! He is a huge movie fan, collector of sneakers and lover of music!
